My family has been conscientiously & sustainably growing avocados, specialty citrus and subtropical tree fruits in Santa Paula & Soledad, California since the late 60s. We purvey them at various Bay Area & Central Coast Certified Farmers’ Markets, directly to fine dining restaurants & excellent quality eateries and to specialty distributors who source from small farmers.
For our beloved retail clients, we carefully vet all of our fruit to be purveyed and fast track it to you for maximum freshness, sweetness/richness and storability. For our restaurant & discerning distributor clients, fruit is packed specifically to your orders and avocado ripeness selected to your exact specifications. And all fruit is finally vetted, piece by piece, and packed AFTER you place your order, no more than a day in advance; we never prepare & sell out of an unsold inventory.
